Average sales prices stayed high for the month. However, in the week since Disney released prices for the new Grand Floridian addition, we have seen some prices start to soften at VGF. Jodi explained small contracts (that are not eligible for incentives) and contracts with double points have remained very strong because Disney is only providing 2022 points on these contracts. Inventory is exceptionally high right now. If you're looking for a rare contract, your chances of finding it are really good. If you get ROFR'd on a deal, your chances of finding a similar contract are really good. However, this rise in inventory hasn't lowered prices. We have a very strong market of buyers and sellers.
