In episode 239, we cover our monthly market recap report for February of 2023. There were zero contracts bought back in February of 2023. Only 4 Copper Creek were purchased in January. This is an exceptionally rare time in DVC history. Direct sales had one of their worst months in recently recorded history. We think they're simply not selling the older resorts to need to buy back more points.
Prices have softened over the last year. We're definitely in a buyer's market. DVC Resale Market has been creatively marketing their listings through a new program called Red Hot Deals.
