Disneyland Villas cash pricing

Thanks to Chad Pennycuff and other members of our MY DVC POINTS community, we have a good idea of cash pricing for the new VIllas at Disneyland resort.

  • There are three separate views, standard, preferred, and garden.
  • The garden view is likely just the four studios and four pods by the pool.
  • The standard view is the room on the side facing south away from the resort and only has studios and 2-person pods.
  • Preferred are the rooms facing the DVC pool or the Monorail Pool.
  • Duo studio – $550 – $650
  • Deluxe Studio standard- $700-800
  • Deluxe Studio Preferred – $800-$900
  • One bedroom preferred – $1200-1400
  • Two bedrooms preferred – $1800-2000
  • Grand Villa – $4000-4500
  • Bookings are available through the end of 2023.

Shared on the Disney Parks Instagram – these new meet and greets will be added later this year:

  • Disney's Animal Kingdom will welcome Moana on April 22 along the Discovery River
  • Figment will meet guests at the Imagination pavilion starting this summer, while Mickey & Friends will have a new home for greeting guests when CommuniCore Hall opens at EPCOT.
  • In the fall, Mirabel from “Encanto” will greet guests in the Fairytale Garden where Merida used to meet at Magic Kingdom. The area will be transformed with whimsical décor inspired by La Familia Madrigal.

Happily Ever After Dessert parties return

Happily Ever After dessert party will be available to book starting March 23rd and will recommence with the opening on April 1st – HEA doesn’t start until April 3rd, so the first two nights will be the last chance to see the current show. Three options are available to book.

  • Seats and Sweets – which allows guests to sit at Tomorrowland Terrace during the fireworks and enjoy a variety of sweet treats, cheese, and beverages, including beer and wine for $119 for adults ten and up and $64 for ages 3-9
  • A pre-firework package is also available, allowing guests to enjoy the dessert party before the show and access a prime standing area in the Plaza Garden. The cost is $99 for adults and $59 for children.
  • A post-firework similar to the pre-firework, but with desserts and beverages after the show.
