Humberto Santos joins us from DVC Resale Market to recap the March 2020 financials of the DVC resale market. Disney’s buying streak for Bay Lake Tower continues. Prices continue to rise and inventory shrinks as DVC becomes an even stronger seller’s market.
Humberto Santos from DVC Resale Market is back to go over our monthly resale market update. 56 contracts were bought back from ROFR (40 SSR, 10 OKW, 5 VGF, and a Vero). All but two resorts rose in average sales price in the month of September the two that did not were within normal deviations. The resale market is very strong. At the time of recording DVC Resale Market was down to 280 listings. Humberto stated that he alone had 12 new listings on the day of recording and there are 11 members of the sales team.
